Refund Policy

BagTalk sells digital access and workflow support. The policy is simple so creators know what they are buying before they pay.

Digital access

Paid access is for digital software, exports, workflow access, creator pricing support, and private partner visibility where available. Founder lifetime purchases cover the selected BagTalk software tier for the life of the BagTalk product. Once access starts or exports are generated, sales are final except where a refund is required by law.

Billing issues

If there is a duplicate charge, wrong amount, failed access, or clear billing error, contact support within 7 days so BagTalk can review and fix it before a dispute is opened.

Subscriptions

Subscription users can cancel future renewals. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not automatically refund a period that has already started.

Partner visibility

Brand Access can make a creator eligible for private partner review or qualified brief matching when those opportunities exist. It does not guarantee a sponsorship, response, offer, payment, or brand approval.
