These terms keep BagTalk clear: BagTalk helps creators estimate sponsor pricing and prepare sponsor materials, but final business decisions stay with the creator and brand.

Pricing estimates
This tool provides pricing estimates and workflow support, not legal, tax, or financial advice. BagTalk does not guarantee a sponsorship, payment, conversion, campaign result, or brand acceptance of any proposed rate.
Creator workflow
Creators are responsible for the metrics, screenshots, package scope, usage terms, and sponsor communications they enter or send. BagTalk helps organize the number, source evidence, and materials so the creator can make a cleaner ask.
Payments and access
Paid plans, including founder lifetime access where offered, are for software access, exports, workflow support, and private partner visibility where available. Lifetime access applies to the selected BagTalk software tier for the life of the BagTalk product. BagTalk does not take a percentage of sponsor payments and does not act as a payment broker for creator-brand deals.
Account use
Access may be paused or removed for abuse, fraudulent activity, repeated payment disputes, attempts to misuse the service, or activity that creates risk for BagTalk or other users.
